To order, send an email to efoden@bates.edu with the following information:

• At least one (1) clear image of your subject. Three (3) blurry or cell-phone images can be used instead but are not preferred

• For pet portraits, some information on the animal (name, age, personality traits)

• Desired size (any)

• Desired medium (listed in Pricing)

• Any special considerations (background preferences, framing and matting options)

   

 

After ordering an image, you can expect weekly emails updating you on the progress of your portrait until it is completed. Throughout the process you will have the option to have the image reworked to your specifications. Depending on the duration of the editing process, you may be charged a fee if you decide to have a portrait completely redone at a late stage.
